Curriculum
The curriculum at the School of Media and Public Affairs focuses on the media on the many important relationships among media, culture, and the various institution of public life, government, education, corporations and associations.
The school offers two undergraduate degrees with majors in Journalism and Political Communication and a Master's degree in Media and Public Affairs. SMPA has also partnered with GW's Graduate School of Political Management on a five-year joint degree program and this year launched a Broadcast Summer program, available to all GW undergraduates.
