Thomas Kelley is a rapturous raconteur with vast experience in video production as a producer, director, editor, scriptwriter, and videographer. “TK” creates award-winning media content for a broad range of advocacy organizations, companies, celebrities, politicians, and campaigns in the US and around the world. The results speak for themselves with millions of views, motivated audiences, positive press coverage, and numerous client success stories. 

Previously he was the first-ever Digital Director at Kivvit, a United States Public Relations Agency. At Kivvit, he built the digital media practice from the ground up and led all creative digital services and content creation efforts. A veteran of the 2008 Barack Obama Presidential Campaign, he also served for five years as Senior Presidential Videographer in President Obama’s White House Office of Digital Strategy. There, he helped advance the Administration’s goals of making government more open and accessible while achieving tangible policy results on behalf of the American people.

Born and raised in New England, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s degree from Emerson College. Thomas is an adjunct professor in the School of Media & Public Affairs at The George Washington University. His work has been recognized with multiple Pollie Awards and Reed Awards.
