Carl Forti, BA '94 , has over fifteen years of experience in media relations, campaign strategy, strategic communications and public affairs. Before founding the Black Rock Group, Forti served as executive vice president for issue advocacy at Freedom’s Watch and he was deputy campaign manager – political director for Romney for President.
Darley Newman, BA '01, is a travel expert, published author and the host, writer and producer of Equitrekking, the Emmy-Award winning PBS TV series. She also hosts and produces Travels wtih Darley and Travel Like the Locals with Darley on other outlets. She received the North American Travel Journalist Award twice and the Merit Award.
As director of executive communications at SKD Knickerbocker, Stephen Krupin, MA '08, helps CEOs, elected officials, candidates and advocates tell their stories. His previously served as chief speechwriter to Secretary of State John Kerry, director of speechwriting on President Obama’s re-election campaign, and chief speechwriter to Harry Reid.
Heather Moran, BA Radio & Television ’95, oversees the National Geographic Channel's programming, strategy and content, development and production. She is a recipient of The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 35 Under 35” award and was named a “Woman to Watch” by Multichannel News, and one of the “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Cable” by CableFAX magazine.
