Conversation Series

The Conversation Series provided a unique and exciting public platform where prominent politicians and leaders in the media discuss current events, politics, the media and their take on the world around us.

The series was moderated by Frank Sesno, former director of the School of Media and Public Affairs and a former CNN correspondent, anchor and D.C. bureau chief. He brought a topical eye to these events reflecting more than 30 years of interviewing and reporting from around the world.

These events also gave students the opportunity to ask questions and learn from leaders — from down the street at the White House and State Department, to thought leaders in media and policy from around the world.

Recent speakers include White House press secretaries, Hillary Clinton, Anderson Cooper and Chuck Todd.
