Eric Holder in Conversation with Cheryl W. Thompson

In partnership with the School of Media & Public Affairs, the Xi Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is proud to present a conversation with Eric H. Holder, Jr., author of Our Unfinished March.

Eric Holder is a civil rights leader, the first black Attorney General of the United States and Chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee.  Holder will be joined in conversation by Cheryl W. Thompson, investigative correspondent for National Public Radio and associate professor of journalism at George Washington University.

Our Unfinished March offers a timely, powerful prescription for addressing one of the most pressing hot-button issues of our time, the right to vote. Eric Holder charts the violent history of voter discrimination and suppression, describes the current crisis, and offers strategic and actionable plans for driving positive policy changes to protect and expand voting rights. Join the conversation and be informed.
