This Thanksgiving break Professor Steven Livingston and graduate student Mike Hower traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to research what constitutes urban sustainability and how Primož Kovačič, MA '14, is using technology to solve some of the problems faced by people living in slums there. Before he left, Professor Livingston sat down with Director Frank Sesno to tell him about the trip.
