Jacob wrote Google's company-wide policy strategy against foreign interference and helped lead internal investigations against coordinated and inauthentic state-sponsored activity.

Prior to joining Google, Jacob co-founded Geoquant, a startup that combines political science with big data computer science to help global investors forecast geopolitical risk. Jacob graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University.
