Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) seeks an enthusiastic, professional student or recent post-graduate to start an immediate press internship and assist an aggressive and fast-paced press office. Tasks include compiling daily press and broadcast clips, organizing, maintaining and updating media lists, drafting press releases, assisting with social media, conducting brief research projects as well as additional tasks to assist the press team. Preference will be given to candidates with West Virginia ties and those who can commit to a full-time internship.
