Emerson Diversity Health Foundation, a 501c3 organization, works to educate the community on the importance of healthcare access.
EDHF and Telemundo-WZDC are launching a new TV show, “Tu Salud Tu Familia” (Your Health Your Family), a weekend educational program focused on educating the Hispanic community on the value, outcomes and importance of participating in clinical trials to help develop new medicines and treatments.
The show seeks two interns, undergraduate or graduate. Responsibilities will include coordinating meetings for show content, outreach to other healthcare, medical and government agencies, website development and assisting with show production.
The project is set to start in 2019 and the position will rotate throughout the year. At the end of the internship, there is an opportunity for part-time employment.
