Mission.org is seeking an energetic, responsible Podcast Production Intern to join their growing media company. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of podcast production and content creation. This position is full-time (~40 hours a week) and pays the minimum wage of the state of residence of the selected intern.
This position is remote. However, students in the San Francisco Bay Area are welcome to work from our Palo Alto offices as much as desired. Students based in the Washington DC area will also have the opportunity to interface directly with a producer based there.
This will be an opportunity for you to learn the craft of podcast production and media creation. You will also be able to see how to find and grow a large audience. Since Mission is still in a growth stage, you will have opportunities to interact with upper management and see how a media business performs at a strategic level. In terms of pay, as previously mentioned this position pays the minimum wage of whichever state you (the intern) reside.
