Del Wilber
Del Quentin Wilber is the Washington Investigations editor at the Associated Press. Prior to joining the AP in 2022, Wilber served as an editor and reporter for the Los Angeles Times. He has also worked for the Baltimore Sun, Washington Post, Bloomberg News and Wall Street Journal. Wilber has written two books. “Rawhide Down: The Near Assassination of Ronald Reagan” was a critically acclaimed New York Times best-seller. His second book, “A Good Month For Murder: The Inside Story of A Homicide Squad,” examined how detectives investigated slayings in Prince George's County, Md. He is at work on a third book, "American Spectacle," for Simon & Schuster. The book is a narrative nonfiction account of the Lindbergh kidnapping.
