Black Women Covering the Trump White House

The School of Media and Public Affairs and the GW chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists hosted distinguished black women who cover the White House.

The panel featured PBS NewsHour correspondent Yamiche Alcindor, CNN senior political reporter Nia-Malika Henderson, American Urban Radio Networks Washington bureau chief April Ryan, and AP White House reporter Darlene Superville. Washington Post contributing investigative reporter and SMPA Associate Professor Cheryl W. Thompson moderated the conversation.

The event was part of GW's annual Black Heritage Celebration event series.
