Feb. 23, 2018, marks the 150th birthday of Pan-Africanist, sociologist, scholar, civil rights activist and author, W.E.B. Du Bois.

To honor this iconic figure, SMPA Professor Imani M. Cheers is hosting an exhibition and activism workshop titled “What Would Du Bois Do?: Advocacy and Activism in America.” The workshop for students and campus leaders will be facilitated by educator and activist Brittany Packnett
