Patricia Kabra

Patricia Kabra is a professorial lecturer at the George Washington University for courses related to communications, diplomacy and foreign affairs. Dr. Kabra last served as a senior advisor at the U.S. Department of State and was previously a career member of the senior Foreign Service at the rank of minister-counselor. She has thirty years of diplomatic service in the Middle East and at the Department of State in Washington, DC. 

Throughout her career, she has managed strategy and programs for public diplomacy and public affairs. In 2014, she served as the Department of State Public Diplomacy Fellow at GWU.
