The Republican staff on the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the U.S. House of Representatives seek a dedicated student who is interested in a part- or full-time press internship. Interns gain valuable insight into the inner-machinations and politics of the Hill and they are primarily expected to assist the communications team with tasks such as drafting social media posts, assisting with press releases, conducting background research on foreign policy issues and assembling news summaries for the Committee’s Ranking Member (Michael McCaul, R-TX).
