Rob Noel is an award-winning speechwriter and communications advisor who has worked with some of the world’s top political, government, and corporate leaders.
He began his career as chief speechwriter for Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), serving in both the Senator’s official office and on his 2016 presidential campaign.
Noel then became speechwriter and director of executive communication at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business association, where he wrote for leaders of major multinational corporations.
From 2018 to 2020, Noel served as speechwriter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo at the U.S. Department of State.
Noel now serves as president of Washington Writers Network, an agency of more than 100 of the top writers in Washington, D.C. He is an adjunct professor of speechwriting at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Noel lives in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and two children.
