SMPA Welcomes 2023 Terker Fellows

SMPA is excited to welcome Mindy Finn and Jonathan Karl as the 2023-2024 Terker Distinguished Fellows

September 5, 2023

Mindy Finn & Jonathan Karl

CEO of Citizen Data Mindy Finn and chief Washington correspondent for ABC News and co-anchor of This Week Jonathan Karl are the School of Media and Public Affairs 2023-2024 Terker Distinguished Fellows.

Mindy and Jonathan will play in an important role in the SMPA community, joining in classroom discussions, participating in public events, and working closely with SMPA students.

"I am very excited that political veteran Mindy Finn and award-winning journalist Jonathan Karl will be joining SMPA as Terker Fellows. Finn's career as a Republican online pioneer, her independent run for Vice President, and more recently her work using data to support democratic institutions, combined with Karl's decades of award-winning coverage of American politics, will bring critical insights to our students and the SMPA community."
