As executive editor she led all the enterprise and investigative reporting teams. She also served as USA TODAY's top editor and created the iconic LIFE section.
Weiss is passionate about story telling and developing talented journalists. At USA TODAY she not only hired journalists but also mentored many young journalists and watched them develop into talented, high-performing reporters, digital producers, videographers and editors.
