Looking for a video fellow to help create campaign videos for Tim Kaine's senate reelection campaign and the Virginia coordinated campaign. This fellowship involves shooting, editing, producing, and distributing political videos on all of Tim Kaine's social media. Day-to-day involves a lot of editing, some transcribing, text on screen, and a bit of social/digital writing.
The right candidate will get to travel around Virginia with Senator Kaine, so we're looking for someone smart, trustworthy, and excited to learn. Anyone who has even the slightest knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is encouraged to apply, knowledge of the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, is great too!
Plusses (but by no means dealbreakers):
- comfort with cameras (c100 especially)
- knowledge of adobe cc suite
- drivers license
- interest in democratic politics
The fellowship will be based in Crystal City, requiring 2 – 3 days of work per week. A monthly stipend will be paid and the amount is dependent on the days worked.
